Manufacturers of ceramic fibre paper can produce sheets with thicknesses ranging from 0.5 to 10 mm.

The width range is 50–1,220 mm; standard widths are 610 mm and 1,220 mm, whilst other widths generally require customisation.

The length of each roll of ceramic fibre paper depends on its thickness; different thicknesses result in different roll lengths, although custom lengths are also available.
