Production Process:
Fiber cloth and belt: it is made by spinning and weaving ceramic fiber and adding different reinforcing materials such as glass fiber or steel wire
Round or square braided rope: it is composed of inner core and outer sheath, and reinforced material is added. The core rope is made of ceramic fiber cotton or fiber blanket
Twisted rope: made of aluminum silicate fiber yarn, reinforced material
Fiber yarn: made of fiber textile cotton, reinforced by steel wire or glass fiber
Application:
Ceramic Fiber cloth: fire curtain, high temperature pipe, high temperature vessel, high temperature compensator
Ceramic Fiber rope: high temperature pipe, cable high temperature insulation, expansion joint, high temperature seal
Ceramic Fiber tape: pipe insulation, cable high temperature insulation, exhaust pipe insulation, high temperature furnace door curtain
Ceramic Fiber Yarn: sewing fire-proof cloth
