Production technology:
High-purity ceramic fiber cotton is used as raw material, and it can be molded into inorganic board without secondary calcination by self-developed environmental protection production equipment assembly line.
Features:
The new inorganic ceramic fiber board contains no organic matter, and it is smokeless and tasteless when exposed to open flame, high temperature and high heat, and its strength and hardness increase instead of decreasing.
The use of new equipment, production technology and formula makes the new inorganic ceramic fiber board more accurate in size, smoother in surface, extremely low in slag ball content, low in thermal conductivity and extremely small in thermal shrinkage. It can be cut into corresponding sizes according to the use requirements, and can be punched and cut. It is an ideal environment-friendly high-temperature insulation board for wall-hung boilers, electric furnaces and ovens.

Thermal insulation and fireproofing materials for metallurgy, petrochemical, glass, ceramics, nonferrous metals and other industries.
