Production Process:
Ceramic fiber bulk is made of high-quality hard clay clinker, melted by resistance furnace, and made by blowing or spinning way.
Characteristics of spun fiber bulk:
Long fiber, low shot content, low non fiber material content, untreated, long fiber produced by spinning process
Characteristics of blowing fiber bulk:
No lubricant, no treatment, low shot content, short fiber produced by blowing process.
Product Application:
Raw materials of fiber blanket, fiberboard, fiber paper and fiber textiles
Raw materials of fiber spray coating, castable and coating materials
Filling materials for high temperature kiln, heating equipment, wall lining gap and high temperature corner gap
