Castable, also known as refractory castable, is a kind of granular and powdery material ,which is made by adding a certain amount of binder into refractory materials. It has high fluidity and is shaped by pouring.

Castable has a wide range of applications, and the materials and binders can be selected according to the service conditions.

It can be directly poured into the lining body for use, and can be made into precast block by pouring or vibrating compaction method.

It is suitable for high temperature areas with small friction, such as bottom air chamber of boiler, primary air duct, return riser (material leg), furnace wall of tail flue, slag cooler, filling of furnace doors, etc
